We operate on a daily basis in North and West Cumbria from our office in Workington.
24 Hour police station call out. Free of charge advice if you are at the police station. Anytime you just need to ask for Paisleys when you arrive at the custody desk.
Alternatively, if you are on bail or are attending as a volunteer then we can be contacted in advance to arrange for us to attend. If this happens out of our usual office times, then contact can be made via our Facebook page.
Representation at Magistrates’, Youth and Crown Court hearings across the County. Guiding you through the process and speaking on your behalf during your Court attendances.
We will take you through the necessary paperwork and advice you on the likelihood of Legal Aid being granted for your matter.
If your circumstances mean that Legal Aid will not be granted then we can make arrangements for you to pay us on a private basis. The costs involved will be discuss with you as these will vary depending on the facts of your case.
Representation at Benefit interviews at the Job Centre or Local Authority offices these are similar to police station interviews but without a power of arrest. Feel free to contact us to arrange a time for us to attend or talk to us about the procedure.
