Meet The Team

Diane is a Chartered Legal Executive and is the Head of the Conveyancing Department at Paisleys. She joined Paisleys in November 2020 and became a Partner in June 2024.

​

Starting off as the office junior at local law firm Milburns, where she stayed for 22 years, Diane worked her way up to Chartered Legal Executive and has now worked within West Cumbria for over 30 years.

​

Diane follows in the footsteps of her father, David was a Solicitor based in Maryport with Milburns for 48 years, and her grandfather, also David, was a Legal Executive with the same firm for over 40 years before him.

​

Diane is a member of the Institute of Legal Executives and works on a wide range of different residential conveyancing matters at Paisleys. 

​

Born and raised in West Cumbria, Diane lives in the Cockermouth area. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and also her dogs and pony.
